Double Element HP Packer
The
double element HP packer is used as an isolation packer for fracturing, it
could be used in both open and cased holes, with pressure ratings up to
10,000psi.
The
packer could be set by pressuring up the tubing, multiple packers could be set
at the same time, after the packer is set, an internal locking ring locks the
hydraulic setting pressure in place.
A
double-element design is adopted considering the reliability of sealing in
rough wellbores. Both elements have anti-extrusion rings installed on the ends
to prevent severe deformation.
The
packer has a full wellbore ID that allows a higher fracturing rate and path for
future well intervention. Alloy steel is used on the packer by default and
anti-corrosion materials could be selected as an option.
