Model LYF Packer
Model LYF external packer is a hydraulically set packer specially designed for
open hole applications.
The LYF packer could be run with
casing or liner to seal the annulus between casing and wellbore. The hydraulic
setting process could be actuated by cementing plug while passing through, or
by other methods like ball dropping or service tools.
When used with special service tools,
the LYF packer could be run with screens to complete the well. If special
designed breaking valves are in place, it could be used in gravel packing
screen completions as well.
LYF packers could be used in a wide
range of wellbore sizes with up to 150oC BHST, and the main features like
rubber length, shearing stress, or mandrel steel grades could be tailored to
customers’ demand.
